But if you’re not regularly doing exercises, you wouldn’t be able to last long here. So if you want to do well in the exercise ring, make sure you’re putting in the work on a consistent basis rather than once in a blue moon.
3. Stand ring
The stand ring is not going to bring you many points. But if you can stand more than your opponent, this might be the difference between winning and losing. Each hour that you stand, you get 8 points for it. If you stand for about 10 hours a day, you will get 80 points straightway. If you put in additional work for standing up, you will keep on getting more and more points. Try to look if your opponents are giving this ring a try or not. If they aren’t, you surely have to step up here if you want to end up on the winning side of things.
Ending the competition
If you think you will get an option to quit the competition midway, it is not possible since there’s no particular option available as such. You can rather look to mute your notifications so that you are not able to be in touch with the competition. Else, you can just hide your activity.
